2% Rebate Incentive Program with the Home Depot
This program for MAREI members through National REIA is a biannual rebate of 2% of your net purchase at The Home Depot and Home Depot Tool Rental.
**Enrolled members must spend a minimum of $12,500 each 6 months (Jan-Jun & Jul-Dec) to be eligible. Your rebate will be issued biannually, within 60 days following the biannual rebate periods 6/30 and 12/31. All rebates issued that total up to $1,000 will be paid by a Home Depot gift card.
20 % Off on Paint at the Home Depot
The new National Paint Program for all National REIA Members is very simple. You will receive 20% off Interior and Exterior Paints and Primers including all of the Home Depot quality paints – Behr, Kilz, Glidden & Zinsser (1 gallon minimum purchase required)! All you have to do is key in the number you used to register in Pro XTRA at the checkout to take advantage of the savings.
Other valuable benefits of the paint program include a PRO Paint Specialist in every store to help with your paint projects and free job site deliveries on all orders over 25 gallons.

Preferred Pricing

The National Real Estate Investors Association teamed up with The Home Depot to offer all of its members a Material Purchase Rebate Incentive Program (see below for more details). This program is available to all members and offers unbeatable Volume Pricing. This amazing benefit is designed to offer real estate investors and contractors the lowest price possible on job lot quantities. In most cases, a minimum order threshold of only $1,500 is required. * Currently, the average savings through Volume Pricing exceeds 10% nationwide. How Do I Receive these Benefits
Most of the Pro Extra savings are available through HomeDepot.com or at your local store. For the 2% Rebate, 20% off on paint, or cabinet discounts you need to be a Member of MAREI and log in here to get more information.
1. Enroll / Setup
Create or use Home Depot Pro Xtra or Pro Rewards account (at HomeDepot.com)
Link your account with MAREI / national discount code (We send that when you join)
Add all your payment methods (credit cards, gift cards, etc.)
2. Spend & Track
Track all qualifying purchases through the linked account by swiping registered cards in store
Meet the spending thresholds (e.g. $12,500 per half-year)
3. Receive Rebate
Rebate issued twice per year (check or gift card)
Paint discount shows as 20% off when conditions met
4. “I Don’t Spend That Much”
Set it up anyway because
We get members suddenly looking at spending $10,000 and calling to see if the $3,000 they already spent will count too. Because tracking starts the day you sign up and register the card – previous purchase will not count.
And Home Depot still counts every tracked dollar you spend towards their revenue share to our local and national advocacy programs, so every dollar does count.
5. “My Contractor Spends all the Money”
- We suggest recommending MAREI Membership to your contractors so they can get the rebates, it might save you some money and if you are putting $1000 a year into their pockets or more, you might get beter service.
