This month, we’re holding a special ‘pop up’ meeting to show you how to buy more rentals using creative financing (subject to, owner held mortgages, creative partnerships, and more), and why the 2025 market is offering more opportunities to do that than we’ve seen in over a decade…

Introducing NEWVestors, a new MAREI subgroup created for brand-new investors, by a brand-new investor. This is your space to connect with others who are also just getting started, to ask the “silly” questions (they’re not silly, we promise!), and to start building a solid foundation of knowledge and support.

Led by: McKenna Zandecki, new to Kansas City and to real estate—but passionate about learning, sharing, and growing with others.
