At 9:30 the meeting opens on Zoom for virtual attendees. The structured portion covers current announcements, a real estate market update, and then the group tackles a real question, a live deal challenge, or a topic the room wants to work through. The format is group discussion — not a lecture. Experienced investors talk through real problems in real time.
