Real Estate historically and we think still is one of the greatest ways to build generational wealth. We have read studies that show that people who own their own homes do better all the way around, and when you are trying to build wealth that you can pass on, real estate is an excellent way to do so. But, where you own real estate and how you utilize it to create that wealth is very important. Sadly, many of our elected officials do not realize that their actions matter, that what they are voting on in Kansas City Missouri is affecting who owns the residential real estate in Kansas City Missouri.
We have searched and searched for data and have not been able to find local, or many national surveys for that matter to show what a snapshot is of the average housing provider looks like in the Kansas City Metro.

We have created a survey, that will take a few minutes of your time. But this will provide us with some very much-needed data to share with our elected officials. This is a survey primarily for people who hold residential real estate in the Kansas City Metro or who previously held residential real estate in the past 5 years.
