Some operate their business themselves and others use a manager. Some are in resort areas and some are in their local towns. Some rent short-term for 30 days or less and others have mid-term rentals for 30 days or more.
This is down-and-dirty advice from people who are out in the short-term rental trenches every day. They are sharing their knowledge because someone who came before them shared their knowledge. And there is no course to buy or recurring fee to pay. Just good old-fashioned knowledge. (So ya gotta take notes)
