Attention Missouri Hosts and Supporters!
The Missouri Vacation Homes Alliance (MOVHA) is working hard to protect the future of short-term rental properties in Missouri! MOVHA is fighting for all short-term rentals across the state, working to prevent efforts to commercially tax short-term rentals statewide, which could hurt hosts and the local economies that benefit from these rentals. MOVHA has introduced a bill to prevent County Assessors from reclassifying our properties – HB 1086.
A big shoutout to the Kansas City Short Term Rental Alliance (KCSTRA), who is assisting the Missouri Vacation Homes Alliance (MOVHA) in these efforts. Together, we are combatting this challenge to protect short-term rentals across the state. Click here to get updates from MOVHA.
