KC Regional Housing Alliance (KCRHA) and the National Housing Provider Coalitions hosted a listening session for members and staff from the Federal Housing Finance Agency, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other Enterprise Lenders on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024.
These lending agencies are considering rules and regulations that will be attached to loans made to housing providers and this session was to give them input on many of these regulations being considered such as forcing housing providers to accept Section 8 as a Source of Income, Rent Control, Just Cause Evictions and more.
