At Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors (MAREI), we believe in making it easier for investors—both new and experienced—to access the education, networking, and resources they need to thrive. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Guest Pass Program, giving non-members a risk-free opportunity to experience everything a MAREI meeting has to offer!
What is the MAREI Guest Pass?
The Guest Pass is a free ticket for your guest to attend one of our monthly real estate investor meetings. It’s designed for first-timers who are curious about real estate investing and want to see what MAREI is all about—without any commitment.
Any MAREI member can invite a guest to attend for free using a printed Guest Pass, available at our meetings. This pass is about the size of a business card and has space for the member to write their name (so we know who did the inviting) and the date of the next meeting and for the guest to provide their info on the reverse side.
What You Get with a Guest Pass
By claiming your Guest Pass, you’ll gain access to:

MAREI Members Earn Rewards for Referrals
When a guest attends using your Guest Pass, you’ll receive $15 in MAREI Dollars. When they join, you’ll earn an additional $15 in MAREI Dollars! These MAREI Dollars can be used toward:

🔹 Vendor tables (for Business Members)
How to Use the Guest Pass
1️⃣ Bring the printed Guest Pass to the door – Just make sure their name, email, phone number, and address are filled in, along with the referring member’s name. This is the easiest and most reliable way to ensure you get credit!
2️⃣ Register the guest through our calendar of events – Members can pre-register their guest online, but they must ensure they include their own name as the referrer.
3️⃣ Guests can register themselves for a Guest Pass – However, this method relies on the guest remembering to list the referring member’s name, which doesn’t always happen. (After you tell us a friend invited you, please tell us which friend)
Get Your Guest Passes
We’ll have printed Guest Passes available at every MAREI meeting. Members can pick up a stack to hand out or even write out their own if needed—on a business card, sticky note, or even a napkin!
