Join us for the MAREI Rehab Field Trip, hosted by North Oak Investment, where you’ll gain firsthand experience evaluating real-world rehab projects alongside seasoned pros.

Formulating an offer starts with understanding the rehab. On this field trip, you’ll:
🟣 Tour 1 property person (note: these homes are not for sale yet)
🟣 Break into small groups for guided walkthroughs with rehab experts
🟣 Learn how to assess different components of the house—roof, HVAC, structure, cosmetics, and more
🟣 Practice estimating repair costs and reviewing comps
🟣 Work together to come up with a realistic offer price
After the property tours, we’ll regroup for lunch and a working session to run the numbers and review strategies.
