One thing we learn the longer we are in real estate is that the market goes up and it goes down. There are charts going back for years that show us this. Then we have what is happening right now in 2023. Not sure exactly what it is.
But what we do know is that if you get stuck in your ways and can’t pivot, you might get taken out by the ups and downs.
