Did you know we offer Tenant Placement options without a Management agreement? If you’re looking to have us evaluate the property, advertise, show, screen & collect signatures without long-term management we are happy to discuss that option with you.

In addition to all of the Tenant Placement services we also offer Property Management services for a small %. If you’d like to place your own tenant, or already have a tenant in place, we’d be happy to discuss onboarding your property with us so you have more free time to focus on your own careers & family.
