Damon Remy has a new question for anyone using AI in their business: are you still the operator, or are you the owner? On Tuesday, November 10, the founder of REI BlackBook spends 90 minutes at the MAREI Meeting on how to use AI and automation to buy back your time and do more deals.
Picture a week away. The leads still get answered. The follow-up still goes out. The deals still move. That used to take a team and years of building systems by hand. AI changed the math.
What Damon Remy will Teach You
This is the thinking, not the build. You will leave knowing:
- Where your business still depends on you, and why
- What AI and automation can do today that used to take a full team
- The path from operator to owner, and where you are on it right now
- What an owner’s week looks like on the other side
Did the AI Challenge with Damon in August? This is the thinking behind what you built.
Who Will Benefit from Listening
Anyone who runs a business and is still the one doing most of it.
- Investors who flip, wholesale, or hold rentals and handle every lead and follow-up themselves
- Landlords who want the day-to-day off their plate
- Lenders and business owners who serve investors and want more deals without more hours
- Anyone curious about AI who wants a plain-English picture of what it can do
No tech background needed.
